Binder Modalities
Nanobody

Single-domain antibody fragments (~120 aa). High stability, small size, good tissue penetration.

Peptide

Short amino acid chains (~20-50 aa). Highly flexible, fast to synthesize, cell-permeable.

Mini-protein

Compact designed proteins (~50-100 aa). High specificity, stable fold, tunable affinity.

How It Works
  1. Provide a target protein (sequence or PDB structure)
  2. Select binder modality (nanobody, peptide, or mini-protein)
  3. BoltzGen generates diverse binder candidates using Boltzmann distributions
  4. Results include designed sequences with binding scores and confidence metrics
